Information used to provide your plan

We store questionnaire choices, the selected menu, a private order identifier, payment status and the generated pack to provide your purchase. Stripe processes checkout details, including your email, billing information and payment method. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the website and processes technical request information. Neon stores the plan and order records. OpenAI helps select dishes from our curated collection using bounded questionnaire choices; we do not send your payment details, email, private pack link, allergy response or exact serving time to it. We request that these model responses are not stored. Providers may process information outside your country under their applicable data-protection arrangements.

Browser storage and measurement

A regional preference cookie remembers your UK or US edition. Browser storage keeps questionnaire progress, the private pack link and shopping ticks. When you permit optional measurement, we also record basic journey events and campaign information to understand how people find and use the planner. You can change that choice using Measurement preferences below. Declining does not affect your purchase.

Why and how long

We use order information to fulfil our contract with you, handle support and meet applicable legal and accounting obligations. Security and reliability records help protect the service. Optional journey measurement is based on your consent. Records are kept while needed for those purposes; contact us to request deletion or ask about a particular record.

Your choices and rights

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to exercise other applicable privacy rights. We may need to verify that the order belongs to you. Some transaction records must be retained to meet legal obligations. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
